The option to show "Updated" games in my experience never worked the way it should.
It's mainly two things that make it broken:
* Updated games not getting tagged as updated
* Having no control over when the updated tag gets removed. That's a problem because it can get removed before you downloaded the update which ultimately leads to another missed update
These are not new problems and I'm sure people complained about them various times already. What triggered this post is what I experienced this morning.
I openend my library and saw no updated games. Zero. I found that a little odd and then thought, wait, wasn't Witcher 3 released this week? I thought I preordered that? So I searched my library and there it was, Witcher 3 with all downloads.
Then I went to a different PC and opened my library there. It showed 7 updates. O_o I went back to the first PC. Still no updates. I reloaded the page with cache override (CTRL+Shift+R) and lo and behold, there they are, 7 updates.
Witcher 3 was still missing in the list of updated games though. On both PCs.
And it's not like the whole page was outdated. I hadn't opened my library on that PC for a week. The library did show the games I bought on the other PC during that time.
Seems like we have another thing to add onto the list of what makes "Updated" broken:
*Has browser cache issues
Please, pretty pretty please, with a cherry on top, fix "Updated".
