voted, great game.

I remember that time when the cel shading technique was used in every genre , there was also on ps2 the racing game auto modelista, really obscure game
Voted for it on wishlist long ago; bought it after it disappeared as a box, but would rebuy it on here anyways!
XIII is a nice game!
already voted the wishlist for a while, here's to hoping ;)

Grargar: Maybe not Star Wars/Indiana Jones, but Shadow Man was originally developed and published by Acclaim and I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream was originally developed by The Dreamers Guild and published by Cyberdreams. In both cases, the rights for the games reverted back to the original license holders (Valiant Comics for Shadow Man and Harlan Ellison for I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream), when the publishers of both games closed down.
That's the way all licensing deals should work. Then when the license expired, all rights would be collected in a single legal entity. It would do much to alleviate the perpetual licensing hell keeping most older licensed games off the market.
Although I already own a copy of XIII, I really wish GOG could rerelease it here.
I wonder if GOG would ever consider the chance to op-in a petition on their front page that we could then sign for them, and then they could take that along to future meetings to show there is a real interest. The wishlist is okay, but often the games do not get much interest outside of people bringing them up in the forums.

IronArcturus: Here is the link to the XIII re-release wishlist. I hope GOG will bring it back!
Thanks, I've made my wish!

But having it on the front page might actually raise false hopes. A game having a lot votes doesn't automaticallly mean it'll be released on GOG.
Ubi lost the rights for XIII. So that's unlikely to see it back here or anywhere as a matter.

So, Ubi should re-license the IP (unlikely) and re-release the game (which wasn't a big success from the start).
Too bad that games are getting off GOG. Where can you find this game now?
It's not on steam.

Probably only as a retail copy...if there are any remaining. There is no possibiliy to get a digital version.

cogadh: Its a problem likely to occur with any licensed game GOG might get, hence we don't have things like Star Trek games here.

Grargar: One exception is if the game's rights-holder is also the license-holder (like Disney with Star Wars/Indiana Jones and Valiant Comics with Shadow Man).
Seems like a good opportunity to pimp one of my lists:

Don't you think?
