So i bought a game on gog.com last month, but when I want to start it, it says it's missing OpenGL 2.0. Anybody knows how to get OpenGL? Thanks

Depends on your GPU vendor:
AMD
Intel
nVidia

With that much info you have provided I can only show you the door..

Which game?
The game is Starbound. I have a Intel driver, but what do I once on Intel's website?

Download and install the latest drivers for your GPU.
The latest graphics drivers?

MrQuickGame: The latest graphics drivers?
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics-drivers.html

If you can share some more info about your system, especially CPU Type, I may be able to give you a direct link.

Yes, the latest one.
If you have no clue which one, you may use their automated tool
What do you mean by CPU type? I know I am a noob.

Well, your game will be not so quick then ; )
Click the link above and you will find Automatically update your drivers on the top, click get started and wait for results ; p

You may also use GPU-Z to find out what kind of GPU you have and get back to us with some more informations.

With the automatically update your drivers tool, it says that no update is available.

With GPU-Z, the Name is Basic Microsoft video card and the GPU is Q45/Q43

Sorry I accidentally pressed Mark as a solution, no it's not solved yet.

Q45/43 is around 2008, If you're using the integrated GPU that's probably the reason why.
Cheers for helping MrQuickGame out, always good to see ^^

Then I have no other way than do my best trying to help you : D
Try Graphics Drivers for Intel Q45 Express Chipset

However, your chip is quite dated and if you are on Windows 10, you may have no luck updating your drivers..
On Windows 10, you may try this driver. Start installation in compatibility mode.
Right click on downloaded driver, select Properties, select Compatibility tab and select Windows 7.
