I submitted a support ticket about an hour ago and haven't received the auto email, I have checked my email address and its not in spam filter but everything is correct/nothing in spam so I sent another ticket but still no auto email.

Any ideas what I can do?

Is the e-mail address you are using on GOG the same as the e-mail you are using? If yes, did any of your recent purchases send you a receipt on that e-mail address of yours?

Yes to the first part but I havent made a recent purchase on GOG so I cant really check that, I reset my password and that came through fine tho as a test

When you sent the support ticket, do you remember seeing a message at the top of the page saying that "the ticket to support has been sent" or something similar to that?

yer got the message saying it had been sent on both

But it never arrived on your e-mail. Hmmm... let me try sending a support ticket myself.

Edit: Sent a support ticket, but also didn't receive any confirmation mail. Hmmm....

well atleast its not just me, maybe they are doing maintenance/unexpected downtime.

I will just wait and see next week i guess, thanks for the help

You could try "buying" one of the free games, since Gog sends receipts for them too.
Only an hour? It can take up to 5 days for an email to make it's way into your inbox.

That being said, I can't recall the last time it took more than a few minutes, but it can take up to 5 days if the routing gets screwed up. Although, I think that's more of a historical thing from when there were fewer servers out there.
