After hearing about two people licking ice cream and putting it back on store shelves and SEEING someone on the chans SPITTING in a jug of iced tea(I will not post a chan link unless someone wants it) on 8chan I have to ask....WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE? :\

I disagree btw that they should get huge jail terms(as some want) but this is a dumb way to get attention(people will and have been getting caught) and is all sorts of wrong.

That's nothing.

Once I was at a theater and the guy sitting next to me started jerking off.

TBH, it wouldn't have bothered me, but he was using my hand.

I'd say make the punishment fit the crime and cut off their tongues to prevent repeat offending.

I would still think they should get some punishment to keep them from wanting to do it again, though.

To be serious for a minute, people who are caught doing shit like this should be forced to pay for every single item the store has to throw away + pay for damages to the store because for the opportunity cost by not having the product in stock.

The one person claimed they bought the thing they licked to keep it from circulating to anyone, but they didn't get that the store still has to throw out/check most/all said item's stock for food safety reasons.

On a serious note, locking people away for 20 years for that seems a bit harsh, but I'd definitely be in favour of an extreme fine. Such people also should have their iphone (or however these things are called) taken away and smashed with a hammer into tiny pieces.
