b3rs: This is bs! I bought TW3 directly from the producer and now some russian kid has changed my mail and pw just because gog has no idea what security is!!! I've never had this problem with steam or origin.

DanielRuf: Did you use some weak or same password somewhere else?
It was quite strong (10 signs long combination of letters and numbers) and rarely used outside GoG. I never gave it to anyone and my OS was clean and quite fresh - bought in January.

Yes, it is bad. I'm sorry it happened to you. There's quite a spate of this going on at the moment, causing trouble for a lot of people like yourself and also hurting the reputation of my favourite site :'( - GOG really does need to add email verification for email address changes soon. I see it's been 3 days already - has support fixed your account yet?

Yeah, but I've no guarantee it won't happen again. It is also possible the hacker is still logged in.
