So, what the person above me said. Is the issue still active? I've never had this issue before, but I've also used paypal or other payment services and haven't really purchased games during busy times, given that you had no idea gog recently had an influx of users due to The Witcher 3 and other releases.
I think I bought some 200+ games here now, and the few times I had trouble, GOG support quickly sorted things out for me. Don't worry, they're not out to scam you out of your money, and there's no need to over dramatize the situation. You will get your game. Just contact support as others suggested, and have a little patience.

Edit: Just realized this was originally posted a while ago. Since there's no new post from OP, my guess is this has long been taken care of.
