Sorry, didn't notice it the original ip but those two games are very important in the history of gaming and I'm still surprised GOG doesn't have them.

F4LL0UT: Oh yeah, got more:
Evil Twin (Ubisoft)
World in Conflict (originally published by Sierra, supposedly owned by Ubisoft now)
Will Rock (Ubisoft)
Sub Culture (Ubisoft)
Skull Caps (Ubisoft)
Silent Hunter series (originally I think by SSI, later by Ubisoft)
Action Soccer (Ubisoft)
Brothers in Arms series (Ubisoft)
Call of Juarez series (Ubisoft)
Yup, it's all Ubisoft. :P

F4LL0UT: Well, I'd be surprised if they had them. The games based on the Dune franchise seem to be lost in legal hell. Whoever owns the rights to the games probably can't relrease them without renewing the licensing deal for the Dune franchise and (supposedly) Frank Herbert's family is extremely protective of the license, so even if someone actually considered renewing the deal there's apparently a good chance that it won't happen because of the Herberts' stance. I looked up KGB (aka 'Conspiracy') before and mobygames lists Cryo as the dev and Virgin Interactive as the publisher, as opposed to, say, the Atlantis games that are on here listed as 'Anuman' who mobygames says Cryo originally self published (I assume Anuman owns Cryo now?)
So it doesn't seem clear if Cryo/Anuman got the rights to it back or if it went to whoever got Virgin's rights - was that Codemasters? If someone can confirm that Codemasters got pretty much all Virgin's old rights then I could put it down as either/or as GOG has both signed
Yeah, what me said about the Dune games, sadly, too!
OK I thought Codemasters because they are listed as publishing the Cannon Fodder games on here but the situation looks much more complicated than that... (Titus first, then Interplay?)
I also looked at Captain Blood, it was published by ERE / Exxos, now when they went down most of the staff went off the form Cryo but the company was bought by Infogrames (later Atari) and I'm not including Atari because all their rights are going/have gone to lots of different people in a fire sale.

Dune is not an original IP. It's based on a book series.

Queen: the Eye might qualify under EA. I had contacted the developer and was told that the rights belong to EA (not the band Queen). Still might not be true though.

Hi damien, thanks for participating in my thread, good to see you! Microids: Secret Mission

Yeah, I think it would be still too inconsistent of me to include Queen: The Eye, seems like the soundtrack might still be an issue if nothing else, anyway
I'll have a look at Secret mission later
Cheers
Yeah, don't know what to do with The Sims, Mobygames counts it as part of the 'Maxis SIm series' along with SimCity2000 (and many, many other things) with is here so you could just about count as part of the same IP family but Damien doesn't see it that way on his list, and I don't blame him!
Hmmm....
