I love the new gameplay video to bits! It looks like everything I've wanted from MMX. I've managed to avoid Uplay until now but I think this game is going to make me take an exception.

At first, I hated it. After giving it another go with my wife, I now like it very much. This has to be the hardest Might and Magic title I've ever played. The impatient and the weak should not apply :)

Oh, I could have got the Digital deluxe version. If I would have bothered to properly read all the details I would have discovered this on my own. I might still buy the DDV for my aging Mac.

Why else?

I do want this game, but after the debacles that were Anno 2077 and HoMM 6, I'm going to wait and see if Ubisoft cripple the game in Offline mode.

I can already tell you that won't be the case this time, Limbic themselves have confirmed it. Buy it, activate it once, never bother connecting to the internet again.

It's really hard to say, I guess at first, the interface seemed really wonky. My wife likes the Might and Magic series and wanted to play the new game. I saw here having a lot of fun and from there it just grew on me.

All versions of the game will be tied to Uplay, so it won't be coming to GOG anytime soon.

It probably will not arrive here for quite some time, if ever. Uplay is drm, Ubisoft will not release it here without their crappy Uplay scheme.

Yes it does. If you get the Steam version you get both lol. Odd thing is, when I am playing the game, Uplay is open. When I tried to close this window it said basically that it would severely impact the game running. So much for only needing Uplay only to register the game. FU Ubisoft, good game though rofl.
