Yes, I also do remember, that in the past - at least in other stores - Psychonauts and Brutal Legend were 90% off.

The first "This Week on GOG" video was uploaded 10 months before I joined. I don't know how long they continued making them, but I guess it had stopped before I arrived because I had never heard of them before today.
