Very unlikely. Open a support ticket and talk to one of the GOG employees, but don't get your hopes up.

Answering questions. I got a game from gog as a gift. What the person didn't know, is that i already had an account so he created new and now i'm stuck with 2 accounts.

The 2nd account has only 1 game in it.

They should be able to delete one of them.Otherwise banning would be
unattainable,not that Gog going around banning people.

I know transferring games is not possible, but maybe if it's definitely a merge i.e. one being deleted, they'd allow it...

Accounts can't be merged, the system probably doesn't support it. GOG is also generally pretty staunch on the one account rule. What I would suggest instead, is that provided you didn't download the game yet: Contact support, get the game refunded or have it removed from the account in exchange for the key, and go and redeem it on the account intended. But, that only works if you didn't download the game yet.
