The Megafortress collection is missing the manuals for Operation Sledgehammer and Operation SkyMaster in addition to the manual for the mission editor.
Removed, my mistake.

The manual for that game can be downloaded from the extras.
Crusader Kings II's manual is in the installation folder. I haven't checked it out yet, but given the long-term post-release development of this game, I'd wager the manual's not very up-to-date.
Rules of Engagement

Dunno if these were already posted, but page 1 did not show anything.

Voyage: Journey to the Moon comes with no extras and no manual. It's also sold on Steam, and there is a pdf of the game manual (User's Guide) on the game's page.

I didn't install the gog version yet, so I don't know if the manual would eventually end up in the game folder.

Sorry, if this has been mentioned on this thread before and this post is redundant, but search didn't come up with any references to the game in this thread for me.

Thanks for adding to this thread.

I've just installed the GOG version of the game to check and I can confirm that the manual is in the game folder (it's the same as the Steam version).

It's a shame that GOG increasingly don't seem to bother listing manuals in the Goodies section of the store pages.
Ok. Thank you very much for checking!

I read through this thread a bit and the list at the beginning, then went through an old collection of mine of game extras & manual scans.

I didn't find much related to GOG-distributed games except maybe these two:

I have a (quite bloated, about 40 MB) pdf of the original German manual for Nosferatu - Wrath of Malachi I scanned myself years ago. Unfortunately, I don't have any English version and there doesn't seem to be any around online.

I also have (also bloated, around 175 MB) higher quality scans of the flight maps for Red Baron from my old original. The GOG goodies contain versions of these maps, but there is quite noticable loss in detail and grey shades in them, if I remember correctly.

If anyone is interested in one of them or both just tell me, I try and upload them somehow and provide links here.

LIST OF GAMES WITH MISSING MANUALS (Part IV)
====================================

Populous: The Beginning
• Missing Undiscovered Worlds expansion manual. Replacement available here (thanks to Taity-mini from Populous: Reincarnated).
This should be removed. It's not the manual. Just CD installation instructions and legal info.
