I had heard that the Witcher 3 had a new patch released. When I checked the library, there were no update notifications; but, when I checked the game, the patch was there. Just wondering if it is my system or an issue with the library.
Hmmm, there was German translation added for some Might and Magic games, and no update notifications either. I thought it might had to do with it being just translations and not a new patch or something.
I don't have Witcher 3 but I'm getting all of my notifications.
I am not getting notifications for Witcher III or Pillars of Eternity patches.
I should probably contact Support. I will let you know if they reply.

Just sent it in. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has occurred, and now I am wondering how many patches I am missing. :(

Had the same issue with Witcher 3. I'm not surprised but since I always check the "what did just update?" thread I rarely miss an update. Don't trust GOG with update flags. :P
There seems to be a lot of this right now and I was going to keep quiet because it seemed all Witcher 3 related, but now I'm hearing about people with this problem period. My updates are working flawlessly however I don't use Galaxy and I don't have W3. Wondering if one has anything to do with the other.
Seems were are similar and opposite. :) I do not use Galaxy, nor do I ever intend to. I just read the Witcher 3 had update 1.04 posted. Sure enough, my library is not updating. I wonder how many other games are like this? I submitted a ticket with GOG, but I imagine something like this will take them some time to get back to me.

Does anyone know how long it takes GOG to respond to an open support ticket? Do they have a goal to answer within a certain timeframe, or is it whenever they get to it?

Usual case is within 2 business days. During high ticket volume periods (major sales, major launches etc) it may take longer, depending on ticket category.
GOG replied stating they would look into it. Thanks GOG! I appreciate the reply.
