Ahem...

Hi. As all of you know, i've been kinda, sorta a crappy member of the community. I keep asking for stuff, yet barely return anything; i don't participate much in the forums, and I've irked a couple members on here because of my behavior (the asking i mean).

I know that it is wrong and not befitting of a person; this is a forum full of people like me, who love and discuss old gems and new ones. I want to be seen not as "that guy", but a member of a community that is pretty much the best gaming forum out there.

So, with that, I'm changing how I work on the forums: the following changes are:


Not being an opportunist when free keys are available.

Not constantly asking for things unless it is absolutely, truly something I want that I can't get at that moment; this includes financial reasons.

Try to make more giveaways when I can.

Participating more in the forums.

Hopefully, everyone is ok with this, and I can wipe the slate clean.

I won't downvote over this thread but remember talk is cheap, so actually walk the walk.

Since your begging has presumably borne fruit, you might spend some time helping out in subforums with games you've played and are familiar with if you really want to wipe the slate clean and not just repair your image temporarily so that you can go on to beg more.

I've seen a few of your offending posts, but I don't hold grudges. I think your rep was a lot lower when I first saw you, but you've still got a long way to go. And that's just a number, earning people's trust back might take a little longer. Participating and contributing more is a good start on the right track.
