I just remembered I own a PC game called Shadow of Memories (also known in some places as Shadow of Destinies")

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_of_Memories

It's an interesting adventure (point and click) game that involves time travel and solving your own murder. I never actually got around to finishing it though. It's supposed to be a slow starter but then it picks up. From what I've found on the game it's gotten quite positive reviews.

It has 20 votes on the wishlist right now.

JudasIscariot: How about a game that is so unknown that it just now got an entry into wishlist? The game I am talking about is Cold Zero: No Mercy (AKA Cold Zero: The Last Stand in Europe). This was a hidden gem in JoWood's stable. It plays in an isometric perspective but, IIRC, you can change the camera angle.

Stealth fans ought to like this game because you do have the option of knocking people out instead of killing them, hiding dead or unconscious bodies in discreet locations.

You can also complete secondary objectives, gain experience to customize your character to fit your playstyle.

The plot of the game is quite simple: You are John Mcaffrey and you are in debt to the mob. Now it's time for you to take care of their "wet work".

Well, this game is available on Gamersgate already, for 5 dollars and DRM free. So i dont think we need "GOG treatment" for this one.
Here's a game series that shouldnt be played-"The eschalon series". The game comes from an indie developer who says that the game is very much like ultima series, which is cool. I played the game for a week and while i thought the story was great, the combat was utterly fucking terrible, especially for melee which was me. For a turnbased game, there are no tactics, no action points, nothing. If you play like i did which was from the aspect that id get to play some cool fighter or rogue something like that, you wont.

The only thing that was alright was the story, but story cant help a nonstop clickfest like this game. Avoid at all costs.
Lots of good games here! One that struck me with the start of the baseball season was Old Time Baseball by Stormfront Studios in 1995. I don't even know if GOG could work out the rights, but it had virtually every player from 1871-1981 and you could play in multiple eras (I believe the engine adjusted the stats by era as well, but it has been a long time since I played the game). It also had a time machine feature where you could play any team against any other team and I believe in any era. I remember it didn't last long and from what I have gathered it is now very hard to get a physical copy of it.

I just put a wishlist item up for it, there wasn't one yet.

gameon: I had it on ps2. It was pretty good. Not the longest game ever, but i liked it. Cant say much more due to possible spoilers, but i'd say 7.5/10.
I'm strongly of the opinion that the protagonist in Memories was Konami's prototype for Raiden in Metal Gear Solid.

You could have just tried the demo that they offer to see if the game is worth your money.

Interesting find, thanks! I've never heard about this game before, but I'd definitely check it out, should it appear on GOG one day.
Surprised no one mentioned that one.

I'd suggest Aquaria (http://www.bit-blot.com/aquaria/). A game that in my opinion deserves to be on GOG. I recently added it on the wishlist (only 38 votes (http://www.gog.com/en/wishlist/games/aquaria) at this moment). This is such an underrated gem.
Absolutely agree with you on those. GOG needs to put more Infocom games up here. I'd imagine if they were able to acquire distribution for Zork and Planetfall (a well appreciated bonus with the Zork series) they should be able to acquire the Infocom games with the exceptions of the licensed games such as Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy which is owned by the BBC and available for free play through them, and Shogun which belongs to James Clavell's estate.
There are many forgotten greats, and one I would like to see here is Prophecy of the Shadow originally by SSi. The game is innovative in many ways, and is a classic.
Bionic Commando (2009)

The Sting! Blag simulation

one of favourite games as a child, and I believe it should be on GOG. I have never experienced a game as unique as this is.
Man oh man, there are so many Amiga games I would purchase now if they were for sale here:

Datastorm
The Pawn
The Black Crypt
Albion

Sure I can get them.. via some means. But I'd prefer to buy them.

Similarly for a variety of Infocom titles.

As mentioned above Death Rally was huge fun, and I think would actually be a popular title.
