Mam zasadnicze pytanie.

For various reasons. Some games have the translation rights done by different teams, and the rights for the translated version resides with them. Other games never had official translations, thus the current publisher cannot offer them. For others, there may be technical issues getting them to run.
Also, here you will find the ~170 games on GOG with Polish language.

P.S. I can also write the above in Greek, if that would make it easier to understand.

I think he was wondering about the lack of a Polish-language option for the site (and the client) itself.

A year ago, GOG did not have any interface language but English. Now it has French and Russian and German (and regional blocking). I expect that with time we will see other languages, such as Spanish and ultimately also Polish. It takes time but I believe GOG will get there eventually. Hold on tight; it's going to be a bumpy ride.

P.S. Written intentionally in English.

There are 88 people in the town where I live, and I can't understand half of them.

Of course I think a lot of them speak Finnish just to piss me off! Like there is any point in making the street signs in Finnish!? We're thousands of fucking miles from fucking Finland!!!

Sorry, got emotional there. :P
