Anybody know anything about this game. Is it worth playing as a single-player experience, maybe with another player in co-op. Or is it just a generic lets do another run at this map, gather xp, unlock skills, for the sake of hitting max level.

Also 21 pieces of DLC... I'm feeling even less motivated to give it a try.

EDIT: By the way, there's nothing wrong if you find enjoyment in these type of games, but they're not for me.

I have it on steam, it's hard at the normal level by yourself. It's a lot of leveling up so it's probably not for you. But I have a lot of fun playing with randoms actually.

I love this game, great to play with friends. Definitely not for single player only. The idea is basic but without a good team it can be quite difficult. Last I played there was still a real good community.

There used to be perk levelling servers where you could level up fast.

The DLC in the game is mostly costumes and a few weapon packs that you should wait for sale to get but you don't really need them.

Strangely this is the second free tripwire game that's come up shortly after rising storm was free for a short time..

Is it normal for Humble to require Steam account linking? Or is it somehow related to this being a giveaway?

Isn't free for me, I see the game as 4.99$ (75% off for a little less than two more days) must have been just at the point when it went for a sale
