Tried to use PayPal and you site sat there for 20 minutes trying to do it and never did anything.

Then the sale ended.

My credit card company is pretty awesome.

Friday I got a call asking me if all these zillions of transactions to Cyprus I placed the last few days were legitimate.

Unfortunately for me, yes.

That cleared it up and they wished me a good day.

1) Create a PayPal account (don't fall for their Jedi mind tricks, you do not need to provide bank information)
2) Establish a positive balance on the account
3) Buy games all day

Positive balances on PayPal won't trigger your financial alerts.

And you're sure they won't all be discounted for a recap day or something? I'd hate to have a bunch of transactions. I bet it does look suspicious too.

Have you tried to contact GOG support?

Some months ago I was unable to buy here due some loop that does not allow me to go further the checkout page; I even lost the chance to win 1 free game! :(

It took support like 2 or 3 weeks to fix it since the problem only affect a small amount of users, but between that time several GOG forum member were very kind with me gifting the games I want to buy! Even know, I can't buy games for worst reasons (My government forbidden the access to your super powerful currency :(), but again, forum members has been there to amaze me with their generosity.

If I were you, I will start contacting GOG support ASAP.

Well, I too missed two cycles of awesome deal from my wishlist, but I'm not out there calling names and such. Just sit tight and wait till they repeat.

I tried that. GOG site just sits there saying that they are trying to authorize with Paypal. 20 minutes later, still trying. Gave up on it.
