My question is how long does the gog-support take to solve this kind of problem?
Its Saturday evening, do you think theyll reply on Monday ?
Anyhow, on another note, can we actually just refund the games if we have not yet downloaded them?

I just checked, it gives one of those promo codes. Fairly short expiration too, Oct 28th.

"Solving the problem" as in giving me a store credit or something like that while deleting those games from my library.
I highly doubt its going to work, but hey its worth a shot. ^^

I was going to say that I doubt that it comes with an extra code for the same game, but mrkgnao beat me to it with facts. Thanks a bunch for the thought, I'll be equally happy if you let me know what you think of the game when you play it. :-)
That should be Frozen Synapse.
That should be Frozen Synapse.

I got in 3 tries:
Blackwell Bundle
Lumino City
Randal's Monday
That last one I could tell from the store page alone that I would never ever ever ever want to play it. Especially not after giving the first two good-faith tries to see if I would find them entertaining (I did not).
Had I known the odds were that I'd get nothing but adventure-puzzle games (I do not find them entertaining at all) I would have kept my money. The only one of these I would have willingly paid even $3 for was Lumino City, at least that one has good production values. Blackwell has graphics that would have been considered outdated 20 years ago.
Left a real sour taste in my mouth. I will not be participating in anything like this in the future. Hopefully I'll get my money back on the last one which I refuse to even download.
