So, there will be no third round?

I was lucky with Satinav and Outlast, but I won't push my luck because it's very likely that I'll get a game I already own.
This is a gambling man's sale.

Me, I don't gamble.
Just got Hot Tin Roof: The Cat That Wore A Fedora
Pleasantly surprised with that.
Hot Tin Roof: The Cat That Wore A Fedora,
Sir, You Are Being Hunted
and Unrest Special Edition

Not too shabby.
Just did my first, and only, pinata, as half the games in this batch I would like.

And...

I got one of the games I wanted. So excited :)

Sir, You Are Being Hunted.

Couldn't be happier. Thanks, GOG.
I purchased 3 Pinatas .. 1 and then 2 together.

I got - Guacamelee STCE .. I didn't download it, so I contacted GOG store / support and they gave me a store credit,
so I could try again. I did and got Redshirt which I also exchanged for a credit. The next time around I got Torchlight which
I turned in for a credit. I kept Shadowgate and turned in Sword of the stars: the pit gold edition. The last two I got was: Book of unwritten tales and Driftmoon, which I'm thinking about turning in for credits, before the the pinata sale ends. I wish they had lots of 1st person shooters, simulators (flight / others) and so on. There are to many rpg games?

Anyway, GOG store has been very patient with me and all the exchanging.
Been watching the thread for the past few days--ended up making a "yes / no list" to see my chances of getting something I wanted / didn't have, and it was about a 50/50 split. So I finally bought one today, and got Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav. That was on my "yes" list, so I'm happy! I loved Memoria and hadn't played Satinav, and getting it for $3 is definitely a good deal.
Is hot tin roof one of the more rare drops?
Ugh, got SotS: The Pit Gold Edition.

The problem is that I already have SotS: The Pit and the Gold Edition Upgrade and it didn't even generate a gift code, just added something I already have to my account.

I understand that the three items have different IDs, but GOG should have already come up with some way around this problem. All you need is a list of the IDs of the games concerned and a bit of logic that counts you as owning A if B and C are owned and likewise counts you as owning B and C if A is owned. It's been quite a while since GOG started offering deluxe editions with base editions and deluxe upgrades.

Same thing happened to me. I requested a refund and received it, secretly hoping that the game would stay as "owned" on my account, but once the refund processed, it's again "un-owned".

This is exactly what is stopping me from rolling again. While I would not really mind having SotS:tP:GE simply for compleltionist sake and slightly more practical archiving, I'm not really happy to roll it for $4.30. Not when the only other games I do not own are Desktop Dungeons (do not want), and Unrest (do not want) and Unrest Special Edition (DO WANT). All three are "rare", so there is a huge chance I'd be stuck with SotS:tP:GE at this point.

I don't think it's that rare. If you look at the "popular" tab on the home page, it is currently the highest of the pinata games.

BTW, I caved in and when I saw Bookend's post above, decided to whack a pinata, hoping for Hot Tin Roof (the only game I do not own) and indeed got it.

Thanks for info :-)
Is it possible to get a partial refund for the pinata's?
Got 2 games I already own on Steam and I'm not interested in owning them twice.
I think you can get a full refund (in terms of store credit). Or you can convert your pinata into a gift and hop on over to the pinata exchange thread.

Is this still the 2nd round going on?
