Well, we have another "mystery game" format sale, and this time around there's no way to tell what it is (by e.g. checking the html code of the checkout page -this time it just says pinata, without revealing the game inside). So, many people might try their luck only to get "burned".
So this thread is for people that got stuff in their pinatas they don't want/already own and are trying to at least find a loving home for the product their thusly wasted $3 gave them. They can post here what they have (and, optionally what they'd like from a pinata) and others can request/offer that stuff.
I'll start:

I personally got Machinarium Collector's Edition, despite my already owning it here on Gog (I didn't get a warning I owned the pinata game), so yeah, if you want it, just reply to my post saying so. -GONE

Anyways, hopefully more unwanted games will find new homes thusly!

Note at the givers-I added an extra condition- those who ask cannot belong in the Known Scammers list -if they do, just ignore them sliently.

I suspect this thread will be less frequented than you expect,

"We're making sure that you only find games that you don't have yet. But if you already own every game hidden in the Pinata, we'll convert your spare copies to a gift"

I think that means that if the buyer even has one game on the list that they don't have yet, that's the one they'll get 100% of the time.

Incorrect. People are getting quite a few games they already own.
I had 1954 Alcatraz and I'm not very interested on this game so If someone wants to make an exchange I am here :)

from the news and tracking thread, that's not the case.
Hmm.

Well, it's not all bad at least, for anybody who feels cheated.

As fraien08 has pointed out the blue text, you can contact support for your gift code(s) "to use the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - or simply convert them to store credit." This is great news for those who feel "burned".
I don't want a credit, just so long as I can hand out the code in here I'm happy.

Yes, I saw that after making this thread, but I see no point in even trying to get a refund, because: a) I now already offered to give the game for free, and revoking this offer just doesn't seem right to me and b) even if I hadn't done so and could contact support for a refund, and supposing the support responed and gave me the $3 in store credit, what would I do afterwards? I'd have to limit myself to the normal sale (which I'll probably do anyways, I'll see...) otherwise if I got another pinata, the other pinata too would be something I wouldn't want (most of the games in the list don't interest me or I own them on gog or humble, and those that do interest me are among those that show as pinatas probably only for few) and I'd have to ask for another refund, and rinse and repeat....
I think I vastly prefer the real-life pinatas over this: At least the candy there is eatable, and I like most kinds of sweets, so I'd be better off swinging at a real pinata...

Just to clarify, that's not an issue. You would definitely get your money back in that situation.
Question 5.

I would like to enter the GA for Machinarium. Also, nice idea you had with this thread

Question 5.
I'm aware that I can totally ask for a refund right now and I'll probably get it, especially as giving a refund is rather simple, but my 1st point was that I offered to give this game to whoever might want it here. Revoking this offer wouldn't seem good to me, it would be somwhat as if I were doing a normal ga and then mid-ga I said "sorry but it turns out I won't be giving anything after all because I got a refund". It's pretty obvious that this wouldn't be received well by anybody -it's kind of a matter of honoring my "promise" to give it to whoever wants it...
As for what I'd do with the refund if I hadn't gone and proposed to give the game, I said I'd probably just use it to reduce the price of an item in the normal sale, because what would be the point in buying another pinata with it, only to get another game I already own or don't want? And I'm not especially fond of the idea to request multiple refunds from support, it would abuse the whole system and concept of the "mystery game".

Anyways, bumping my offer because it got lost in all this discussion:

I have a gog key of Machinarium up for grabs. If you want it (and don't belong in the Known Scammers list. just reply and I'll give it to you.-GONE
edit-turns out it was asked while I was typing my 1st response, so I just sent it and now it's gone!

I decided for this key to use the format "1st reply gets the game" and also nobody else wanted it for a good while, so the game goes to you!

Ibid.

Seems to be the go-to game when all you don't own in the Piñata is the pricey stuff.

Great sale for the people who got to take place in it during the first 15 minutes, though. ~_~
