Star Wars Jedi Knight II : Jedi Outcast
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

X-men the animated series was a big favorite of mine. However in hindsight I don't think they used Nightcrawler enough. I miss the days when children's' cartoons were packed with humor for adults but presented in a way that kids wouldn't get. Most shows I see today feel like they're appealing to the most mediocre audiences.

Please count me in for (in order of preference): Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, and Urban Chaos. Thank you. +1. One of my favorite cartoon series when I was a kid was Animaniacs, starring the Warner Brothers and the Warner Sister, Dot. Here is a screen shot: http://www.toonopolis.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/animaniacs.jpg
Thanks for the giveaway and happy cake day! I'm in for Prince of Persia:Warrior Within.

There were many cartoons I enjoyed as a kid.One of my favorites was Edd n Eddy Ed-I loved how dense and varied it was with it's humor.

GOG, the place where you never stop to learn. I've never heard before that something "is choice". Thanks for that, Momo ;)

Darkwing duck is also one of my childhood favorites, with an absolutely awesome intro (lets get DANGEROUS), even if I only ever got to see two episodes : the one with the mole people or something, and the one where he tries to be nice to criminals while showering them with flowers (which was a weird episode). I think there was a pretty solid Darkwing Duck nes game as well.

We all liked silly things, though they weren't silly at the time :) I was seriously into Power Ranges at one point, which that pic kinda reminds me of

I was also a big Scooby Doo fan, and of course I it was clear that each episode followed the same format. As a kid I didn't mind at all, and some of those episodes were seriously creepy. I'll never forget this one:

It really freaked me out as a kid, especially the part where Shaggy and Scooby are left alone with the, seemingly dead Sea Captain.

Oh yes I remember now seeing a couple of Babar episodes. Pretty weird show in retrospect (what's that old lady doing in the intro? Are there other people? Have elephants taken over the world and enslaved her?) :P I seem to recall there being a rival rhino king or something.

Sadly my only exposure to Inspector Gadget came from that movie with the 1998 Godzilla guy :P

Loved the Jetsons! The only thing that really bothered me when I saw the show later was seeing the kid using a floppy disc in one episode :P

amrit9037: Happy birthday.

May you live long to see Half-Life 3 release on gog.

I wish you become greater legend than Prince of Persia.

May all your trouble of life get lost in Sands of Time and you achive your goals by unleashing the Warrior Within you and you get The Two Thrones of both worlds.

Cow&Chicken was one of the few shows that could leave me gasping for air, eg, the one episode where the Red Guy is an orthodontic police man and speeds through the neighbourhood giving everyone braces, including that one guy that even have any teeth XD Damn that was funny

AnimalMother117: Happy 101st birthday, bru!

You may count me in for: 1. Prince of Persia and 2. Urban Chaos.

Instead of my usual picture of a cake I shall merely share a clip from Duck Dodgers, one of the very few reboots that I actually like.

Lol I love it when cartoon shows decide to just throw caution to the wind like that. And like last year thanks for the awesome vid :D

awalterj: Not in but happy birthday and enjoy the cake and everything else you can get your hooves on!

Here's a screencap from Nils Holgersson, my all-time favorite animated series.
That really reminds me of this awesome show : The world of David the Gnome. I watched a dubbed version though.

Talespin? That show rocked! My favorite after Gummi Bears, and I would definitely still watch it today (I still regularly watch Gummi Bears and Ducktales after all)

Batman animated series holds up incredibly well today absolutely. The only thing that seems kinda weird now, having played the batman games and seeing the films, is how seemingly vulnerable he is to heights.

Momo1991: Um, can I just say that we're all divisible by any number? Er...maybe not equally but still and all :-)

Anywho, Happy Birthday!! Clearly not in for any prizes except maybe balloons? Got any of those? No? How about flowers...yeah flowers might be nice. Failing that, excellent chocolate? yeah... sigh :-(

But seriously, thanks for the GA and I truly hope this "prime" year is totally choice!
Except 0 ;)

Reminds me a liiitle bit of Doug. The school setting is ripe for cartoon comedy gold. My favorite is the later seasons of Ed, Edd n Eddy where you see them attending school. Very surreal, especially since, like all the other episodes, you never see a teacher or adult

Damn, 80s cartoons were crazy. That's a dude on a robot horse jumping between meteors...
Not as good though as a space faring india sherrif and his loyal cybernetic warhorse though ;)

Sadly I missed the X-men series completely as a kid. I'm sure I would've been crazy about it. Also, I'm guessing you then really enjoyed the beginning of the 2nd X-men film. My X-men interest is more centered around Wolverine, almost like my GI JOE interest is exclusively centered around Snake Eyes, who is the only reason I've watched the modern films at all.

I never really got into Animaniacs, mostly because I never saw it as a kid. I do remember it from that one Southpark hate-crime episode :)

Mr.Caine: ...
That's my favorite CN cartoon, and hands down the funniest cartoon I've ever seen. I swear, Ed, Edd n Eddy has nearly killed me on several occasions, the way it had me struggling for air. I shouldn't kid though, there are known cases of people dying from laughter :P

Aw, a pity you didn't enter. That would have earned you an extra randomly generated number. Two extra numbers if you added Panacea blowing me a kiss or something Not that I would ever mess with Tragicomix's girl, least of all Obelix's crush :P

Matewis: (I still regularly watch Gummi Bears and Ducktales after all)
Gummi Bears was a great fantasy show for kids. I especially liked the episodes that dealt with the mysterious past of that world (what happened to the ancient Gummis, finding some old artefacts of theirs and such). And, if we're being embarrassingly honest, I had something of a crush on princess Calla.

And Ducktales... man I loved this show. Another big part of my childhood. Adventures, mysteries, and I loved Scrooge. It was so much fun to have a main character who isn't a perfect nice guy hero, someone who can be grumpy, greedy, mean, but also is brave and allways comes through for his family at the end. I was so happy when I found The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck. It's everything I loved about Ducktales, only better. One of the best comics I've ever read.

It is very interesting how deep Gummi Bears actually is. I loved it when they discovered the ancient city. Modern meets tradition and both groups synergised well.

Edit: but one thing bugged me: some episodes were totally out of sync while the title melody ran. I don't know if this also happened in the original version.

I do remember that episode, but didn't bothered me, in fact it amazed me at how many things inventors would copy from that show. That's why I like a lot sci-fi shows/cartoons/movies/books, especially the ones that are far away in the future, because sometimes you will hear about someone inventing something from that show/cartoon/movie/book.
Not in. +1 for the GA & Happy Birthday!
