UPDATE: iDEAL is back.

Hello everyone!

We're sorry for this delayed response, but we would also like to thank you for raising this issue. We're currently investigating what happened, as removing iDEAL wasn't our intention. I don't have an ETA yet, but we want to bring it back ASAP.

Please accept our apologies and bear with us while we deal with the situation.

I'll update you on the status.

I made my reply over there too. I also marked the "resolved issue" I got from support, as a "unsatisfactory" solution to my problem when asked for it. This is of course because the issue is not "resolved" at all, but I merely just got a message "we don't know how to resolve it, so the issue is not longer present". Of course I won't be happy with that...

You should think a missing payment option would have the highest priority on a site depending on sales, but it seems they do not care very much about it...

It sounds like the issue might be on GOG's side, especially if you've already tried multiple browsers and the problem still happens. Sometimes the payment gateway integration can bug out, either because of region-specific settings or maintenance on their system.

Status: Solved. Only - Nothing has been solved, but they are "working on it" as a solution. Yeah... Sure....

My "solution" is to not buy anything on GOG until the issue is REALLY solved.

For now back to Steam I guess. A shame, because I really liked the off-line installers. But it is what it is...

I am sad to say that while i DO see Ideal, I still don't get list of available banks...
