a) You had a good night of sleep and you continue your adventure;
b) You find a roasted turkey in a garbage bin and somehow you thought it was a good idea to eat it because you've seen that in videogames, you get diarrhea, fever and vomits, you're too weak to continue. You're dead, your adventure ends here.
c) As you're running out of the house you trip on a drunk irish bum and hit your head on the fall. As you regain conscience you notice that your backpack was stolen and there's a paper near you "I took your backpack, i hope there's gold in it. xoxoxo, the Earthquack". You will have to continue your adventure without it.

Hmmm...as the great Napoleon Wilson once said, there are two things a man should never run from, even if they cost him his life - a man who's helpless and can't run with you, and the other is...actually he never quite said it but I think it might apply.
