tungdo: I recently recalled that I had an old steering wheel with pedals back at my parent's place, so I picked it up but problem is that I have no idea which games that would work with it. The last game I played with it was NASCAR 2003 and that was a while ago :P
So give me suggestions of games! They don't have to be on GOG, they can be on Steam or elsewhere.

Actually if your controller is a standard DirectInput device that does not require any special drivers it should work just fine on Windows 10, that's at least my experience.

I don't have a wheel but if I did..
Richard Burns Rally!
As far as arcade racing games go, FlatOut (and to an extent, FlatOut 2) seem to have surprisingly good physics and you can beat both games by driving well rather than playing it like it's destruction derby.

I miss the old cabinets like Pole Position. Yeah they games themselves haven't aged well, but those damn things were so cool, especially when played in a real life packed arcade.

This is a good place to remind myself of the steering wheel and pedals in my basement, which I've never used for any games (or anything else for that matter, like as a sex toy). I recall they cost quite a lot at the time.
I bought them many many years ago, back when I was quite interested in "serious" racing games. The selling point for that set was that it could be used both on PC and PS2/PSOne, so I was thinking it would be great for playing some Gran Turismo games on Playstation 1-2, and e.g. Grand Prix Legends on PC.
For some reason, I never got to actually set up the damn thing. It just felt so much work trying to get enough room for it either on my PC desk, or in front of the TV where the PS2 was, and then figure out how to make it work properly at least on PC (I presume it would have been plug'n'play on PS2).
Moreover, I recall reading some Grand Prix Legends veteran writing on the internets how (negatively) surprised he was he started getting better lap times on GP Legends when he ditched his high-end steering wheel/pedals, and played with a joystick instead. So maybe I felt that while the set might give a more authentic feel to racing games, it would also mean worse lap times. :D

GPL veteran here; what you've read is true, because driving the beasts with a steering wheel set requires not only physical strength and speed (you're going from lock to lock all the time to keep the car on the road at it's limit) but also a lot of endurance. You'll manage for a couple of laps, but good luck if you're in need of constant performance throughout a whole race or even just one hotlap @ nurburgring. From personal experience: GPL + Logitech G25 = biggers biceps = stronger hands = goodbye to the H shifter because it definitely wasn't made to withstand such abuse. :D Having said that, did you know that even Papyrus recorded those hotlap replays that GPL is shipped with with a joystick? We talk about blazing fast performance that a GPL newbie will need A LOT of practice to go negative in GPLRank.

First, how old are we talking? Since you've mentioned NASCAR2003, I reckon it's USB, (gameport disappeared by early 2000s). So give me suggestions of games! They don't have to be on GOG, they can be on Steam or elsewhere.
I agree with the earlier posts, Flatout 1 & 2 are great fun.
Also recommend: Screamer 1 & 2, POD, Wacky Wheels, World Rally Fever
& of course for kicks try some of the older FPS games (Doom, Wolf3d, Duke3d, Quake, RiseOfTheTriad:DarkWar, Blake Stone,...).

Since the old Alone in the Dark (as well as Resident Evil and Silent Hill) games were accused of having tank or truck controls, I'd love to hear how they play with a steering wheel.
