With perogies, yes definitely! Nom nom nom! Personally, I think CDP should open an online store for selling perogies worldwide one-price, shipped anywhere. It's the next big step for them to take for spreading Polish culture around the world. First, showing everyone how to do video games right, next how to do food right. :)

If not real perogies though, at least a video game about them. :)

skeletonbow: I feel left out. I just went to ACCOUNT->LOGOUT while on a forum page here, then closed the browser, then reopened the browser and clicked on my GOG.com bookmark and clicked on SIGN IN on the front page. It did take extra long - about 8-10 seconds for the login dialogue box to appear which was an abysmal wait time, but I just clicked on login and it logged me in as normal, no additional steps and no reCaptcha. I repeated this with mantis as well (which is the big security weakness chink in GOG's armour at the moment because they still haven't bothered to spend 10 minutes to reconfigure the mantis webserver to use SSL like the rest of their web properties yet). I didn't get any reCaptcha from mantis either.

I'm missing out on all the pretty street signs, storefronts, lakes and rivers! Is that because we have enough of them in Canada already? Or is it because we really love perogies here in Canada also?

I think it is the perogies.

Perogies really? It wouldn't be so funny if I didn't have a half a bag left in the freezer. HA!

I had to log in to a US government website the other day that used them...and it gave me a German street sign with an Eszett (the long s that looks a bit like a capital cursive B)! :)

Since my keyboard's not set up to quick-key that, and I wasn't sure the IPP site could parse it even if I input it, I had to ask for another image.

Homemade or store bought? Homemade is the real deal, especially if made by someone who is Polish or Ukranian. :) I'm lucky in that the city I live in has a high amount of both cultures present. In fact, on the street I lived on growing up, less than one block away was the "Polish hall" and down the street in the other direction was the "Ukranian Hall". In terms of perogies, life couldn't get any better on that front. :)

If you are using windows you could have used alt 225 ß (pressing 225 on the num-pad numbers and then releasing alt)

Works for all characters off the ASCII-table, including the extended one ;)

OK, just made a few tests, they changed it a little bit for certain reaaaly special characters, but for the normal ones still working (normal meaning spoken language and not special signs )

I hoped he'd say that deleting cookies is to much trouble and would hand them over to me instead. ;)

I'm slowly getting sick of looking at store fronts all the time. At least some diversity of pictures with captcha would be nice if we are forced to use it all the time.
Hey, when did you install spycams in my house???

tremere110: Still - I would like two factor authentication to change your email.
It's a bit of a myth that 'two factor authentication' on the internet works. See yahoo etc. All you are doing is giving hackers more personal data when they make the break in.

I sort of hate the Captcha thing, depending on the pictures i might make a wrong call and i would hate to be looked out my account for a silly forced error. I have my login name and password and as GOG stores no bank account info, so what if my account is brute forced, i can just change my passwords from time to time.

On the internet (that is important) the more data you need to use for security is just more data you hand to hackers.
The captcha is aggravating. It requires at least three tries, every time. I am not a Google employee and I refuse to do work for them to help improve their image-recognition algorithms. I am also not going to store their cookies so that they can track me. Please GOG, do something about it quickly.
