I put tomato on everything so you might want to skip that step, but maybe try a spicy sandwich?
Smoked jalapenos (chipotle peppers, if you're buying them pre-made) and hearty slices of avocado. Salt and pepper to taste. Tomato and thin-sliced rings of onion. Put it on thick slices of an airy bread, like a ciabatta or a lighter sourdough, toasted if you prefer. Oil and vinegar is probably better than mayo or mustard for this sandwich but obviously use condiments to taste. If you've got a strong tolerance for spicy and don't want the smoky chipotle flavor, you can probably use habaneros instead or whatever your favorite spicy pepper is.

Hello, wpegg! Long time no see. Honestly I don't know if it's due to lack of your activity on the forum or my own. xD

Those lovely games that you used to give away are most certainly no longer on my wishlist but if it fits the budget I wouldn't mind getting my hand on newly added classic. Talking about The Curse of Monkey Island of course.

Anyways, always nice to see a face from the forum golden days pop-up and thanks for the giveaway. :)
Not entering just wanted to say it's nice to see ya Wpegg, thought I'd drop by the forums for the first time in an age and there you are being your usual generous self. Nice to know you're still around in some way :)

wpegg: I missed the 2K
No you didn't: Optimus Pegg 2K - there may be a few games given away here. :)

I think I also found what you used to give away a lot. Heh. Since there's a game on sale on my wishlist that fits, I'm amused enough to want to see if I'm right.

I'd like to request Settlers 2, but unlike Aramandur, I'd want to try the 10th anniversary edition, as there's no indication that the Gold edition runs under wine, while there is for the 10th anniversary edition - and feedback about it is that it's actually a faithful and well-done remake.

As for a vegetarian sandwich: Take thin slices (not paper-thin, but 3-5mm) from a zucchini (or courgette; I don't know which is the common word for them in the UK), spice them heavily with your favorite spices (basil, oregano, black pepper, etc), and fry them lightly in your favorite vegetable oil at low heat until they're starting to brown. Then take your favorite (or any really) club sandwich recipe, and do everything that says, except replace the meat with these zucchini/courgette slices.

Very generous GA, thank you and +1, Wpegg.

Well, I'm not vegetarian so I can't propose you my own vision of a vegee recipe, but here is a link with a lot of examples you may find interesting ; )

For the game, I wish The Suffering or, if you have the habit to donate Jedi games, Star Wars Jedi Knight : Jedi Academy (but only if you already have a code. Otherwise, I prefer that you wait the "May the 4th Be With You" Sale in one month ! ).
I'm in for Wolcen - Lords of Mayhem

veggie sandwich:
Toasted bread, pickles, baked/fryed conserved pepper, salad dressed in vinegar and olive oil, and that's it. Add cheese or mayoneese and you're good to go.

But it's probably not as tasty....

I'm in for above game because I love good fantasy rpg and true rpgs are somehow niche today.

thraxman: Pixel Piracy, and for your pickle Branston original man, despite all the flavours they came out with you still can’t beat it.
avatar
wpegg: Game ready for you for first responder bonus - I can't PM you, so send me a message and I'll give you the code.

With regards to pickles, you're not wrong - Branston original takes some beating, but it can be beaten. Anyway, comedy video for fun...

Pickles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jO68E5Mfog
Bring out the Branston! (But only if its the small chunk)
So in the end you came out of hiding and revealed yourself... Jedi.
As a Sith Lord I can't but consider anyone who enters this giveaway a rebel and sentencing them to horrible horrible atrocities I will not mention for the sake of hypotetical minors watching.
This forum has become a den of anti-Imperials propagandists! What a shame!
Unfortunately I can't help you with anything vegetarian, and taking recipes from me would not be a good idea anyway unless you're feeling suicidal, even if it is just a sandwich.

Still, I'll try being in for Stick it to the Man. I've spent so much time on Divinity Original Sin and Heroes of Might and Magic, I really need something different. And from what I've seen I don't think it get's any more "different" than that game.

greeklover: I remember that, it had to do with kicking a biker
avatar
wpegg: Indeed - "The greatest kick in trucking, apart from knocking down a biker".
I thought it was Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.

A great kick betwixt the legs, while reversing.
not in but I make this alot,

veggie burger, I tend to like the spicy flavored ones, lightly fried till browned and crispy on edges, put it on a toasted big bun, put sliced beets or pickled cabbage on top, spread your favorite mustard, i like a good spicy one, for giggles you can add tomato slice, sprinkles of feta, or a balsamic dressing. more the merrier

for comfort food I like to take plain white bread, sliced fresh tomato (real one from garden that actually has flavor), layer some iceburg lettuce on top, add lots of black pepper, some salt, lots of mayo spread on the other slice of bread.
I skipped your last two paragraphs and thought we were just supposed to say for how long we've been around :D

Thanks for the GA, not in =)
it surprises me how some people who aren't vegetarian can't even conceive of having a sandwich without meat

just because you eat meat doesn't mean everything you eat has to contain meat, ya realize? does everything you eat really have meat?!

I mean...I eat meat, but, only about 1/4 of what I eat has meat with it, and I feel that is a little high because I have a high metabolism and require a bit more meat than other people

wpegg: A few more than that actually, about 3050, but it's hard to tell as GOG no longer report that information to me.
Wow you know I hadn't thought about this in ages! I remember I got a big kick out of the fact that you could see how many days you had here when I first joined! I admit I sort of forgot about it over time (so much so that I didn't even realize it was gone LOL) but now that you mention it I totally remember and miss it.
It feels good to see people who have spent a long time on the forum/GOG.

Not In probably, as the backlog is large enough.
Or maybe a Jedi with 3k+ days' experience on the site can suggest me a short little game, which I will be able to finish within a few hours, thus providing me with the chance to avoid drowning into the ever-increasing depths of my backlog.. :p

Don't know if you would call it a sandwich or not (it's more akin to a burger), but take a look:

EDIT: LGR makes sandwiches on his foods' channel, don't remember if he did any vegitarian ones though.
