Is the BTA 2 separate keys? Can I redeem Claptrap and gift BL2? I have to pay only about $3.7 to upgrade and maybe it's worth it if I can gift BL2.

Nope. The skin DLC's are missing. But all the big ones (story related) are there.

Sorry to dig this up again but is the BTA 3 keys altogether ($1 tier, original BTA + new BTA) or only 2 keys ($1 + BTA), because I still don't know.

I bought BTA bundle at the beginning
I got $1 tier, original BTA + new BTA
But new BTA has ONLY 1 KEY.
Which include NON SEPARABLE Borderlands 2 DLC WITH Claptrap Robot Revolution DLC of Borderlands 1! :/

I'm thinking that I could at least give away BL2 base game. So it wouldn't be a total loss.
