I've downloaded the Witcher 3 using the galaxy client. I've noticed too late that it ignored my original setting (must have not confirmed it) and installed in drive C, my old beaten up piece of crap drive. I've moved the files to the D:\ drive and changed the lead for the shortcut to "D:\Gry\GalaxyClient\GalaxyClient.exe /gameId=1207664643 /command=launch /path="d:\gry\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt" but it only makes me look at the galaxy beta window and doesn't actually launch the game. When I look at the directory for the client it is still located in the C: drive (I didn't clean it out of fear) with no option to move it. I thought I could just launch the executable from the D: drive but the game doesn't seem to have one or I've missed it.

How can I move the "saved" location for the game in the galaxy beta?

PS: Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum by any chance. TBH The thread system is rather strange here.

If you installed it on a laptop, it's really easy to move. Just make sure to leave it on a reasonable stable surface after moving.

I have not. Don't know what "re-synchronize" means in this situation though. I don't see an option for such a thing in the client, only a verify/repair that I assume will just redownload the files if I were to remove them from the folder in c:/ . I also honestly don't know how to go about modifying the registry entries.
