You can’t, contact support. It’s the button at the top of the website called support.

It is a fact that too many games are neigh unplayable upon release and justly deserve the unkind reviews but then go on to become much better later. Sadly many games are also abandoned in a sorry state so we cannot know before a lot of time has passed.
