So i accidently bought a game over another by accident.

I was going to buy Jagged Alliance 1 the original with the 2 dollars I have left in my account, but without noticing I happen to purchase Jagged Alliance Deadly Games. Its my fault for not noticing all I did was looked at the screenshots and price without looking at the name.

So is there anyway I can get my money back as soon as possible so I can use it to correctly purchase the game I was going to purchase?

If you have not downloaded it yet, then yes, simply contact support and request a refund. You should get one with no questions asked at this point as it's within 30 days.
Contact the support, they will give you the money back as soon as possible :-)

Well I contacted them. It will happen silently, just the mentioned game taken off my library and the maney back in my card?

Most likely you'll get a reply to your ticket before the refund.

Actually the current policy (that changes in a couple of weeks) Allows you to exchange between games, so you might prefer to ask for that instead.
Walk up to the counter and say I'd like to return this please......

It used to be that way 15+ years ago... Then they added all kinds of extra clauses, like it had to be unopened, or you could only exchange for the same one due to it being digital media. Some refuse to do it outright...

Hmmm :P Well you have to remember why they started doing it. Kids would buy a game (diablo for example), install it, play it, then return it and get a full refund and say the game didn't work. Depending on the game without heavy copy protection they could copy it before returning it; So they'd effectively got the game for free.

Then when CD rippers became common, you could do similarly with music CD's.

I see your point, but as I said we can just walk up and exchange for our money or a another product...No hassels,no problems,as long as we have a receipt:-)

Moreso, diablo (1 or 2) was actually one of the early games that had CD-keys related to them. I remember being in the store one day and the games were there right on the shelf, cd-keys included ...

Diablo 1 ran from the CD (minus like a 2Mb install) and didn't include a key...

Diablo 2 however definitely had not only a key, but Copy Protection involving bad sectors on the disc that had to be detected to work right. Naturally there were plenty of no-cd cracks... And eventually (1.13?) they removed that check.
