Which games are keeping you company this weekend?

Hot hot hot! It's not easy sharing a room with your PC or console this time of year, especially when it's under heavy load. You better have a darn good reason for torturing your special friend thusly, otherwise there will be hell to pay when the singularity finally arrives. So, what is it that you've asked them to run for you this time?

Go on, share your Weekend Playlist with us. It can include single-player games, multiplayer games, console exclusives, anything - we are not judging. In fact, we are sharing too!

Looking for some additional inspiration? The GOG.com releases of the week might help:

- You can die as many times as you fancy inside the NECROPOLIS, while getting taunted by its sarcastic curator.
- You can grab your mom, go to the Mall, and try to find out what happens when Cellpop Goes Out At Night.
- You can build the city of your dreams and see it razed to the ground by the tantrums of mother nature in SimCity™ 3000 Unlimited.
- You can save the land of Thedas from the scourge of the Darkspawn while swapping life stories with charming witches and rogues in Dragon Age™: Origins - Ultimate Edition.
- You can mutilate your way through a massive spaceship infested with grotesque horrors from the darkest corners of Dead Space™.

So, GOGathors, what are you playing this weekend?
I'm downloading Dragon Age Origins right now. This is the first week I've posted in this thread that I'm playing a "new" release.

I might also play some Divinity Original Sin. And my "always might play" on any particular weekend are FTL, Race the Sun, and Mushihimesama Futari.

And I just got Odin Sphere for Playstation Vita. Lots of available choices this weekend.

Also, I'm not sure I've ever mentioned that I'm in a tabletop gaming group once a week for the last 30 years or so. We're currently playing Babylon 5 Wars.

Cheers.
I'll probably give BloodRayne 2 an hour or two more, but I'm really close to just dropping it. I'm not really having fun with it.

vicklemos: CoE4? Ain't nobody got time pho that man.
I BARELY touched CoE3 and there's a fourth one already? Damn!
Just try it, man. These two crazy Swedish guys from Illwinter Games keep astound me. CoE4 is such an improvement comparing to CoE3! Just like Dominions 4 to Dominions 3. And the constant free patching and adding of new content, you know...;)

Ghorpm: Populous: The Beginning

vicklemos: Everytime I read this game's title a voice inside my head sez "heck, vick, that's another one you promised to get into like... 10 years ago, man"

:(

But good for ya, I guess ;P
It's not a terribly lengthy game, I think you can beat it within ~30 hours easily, even less if you play aggressively. Hint: you totally should play it aggressively - try to keep battlegrounds as far from your base as possible (and as close to enemy's base obviously). And the game is awesome so I can highly recommend it!

tfishell: Thank you for something other than "GOGlins". I think Sinister, I, and others would appreciate the simple use of "GOGers" in the future, at least once please. :) And "Goglodytes" would be appreciated by others I think.
I noticed too. We need to put an "official" banner to vote one day, complete with our very own nickname and all that jazz!
Surprisingly, not Witcher 3 this time, as we are having a board game weekend with some friends. Sorry, Geralt.

Ghorpm: Let's see:

Populous: The Beginning - I'm close to beat the final mission but then I'll have to conquest Undiscovered Worlds
...
Whaaaaat? Populous the beginning had an expansion pack? How did I miss that? I finished the final mission on that blueish world but I didn't know there was something after that.

Might have to give the campaign another playthrough then. It's one of the finest strategy games ever made.

The first BloodRayne looked interesting to me. Have you played that? I looked at some videos of it, and it looked like Rune with guns :D Do you know if it supports a Xbox-controller?
