I have read many, and i still do. But most of them are very strange and i cannot find what i want.

I want:

1) Romance manga.
2) I don't mind ecchi, but i certainly don't like this to be the main force behind.
3) Totally NOT a harem.
4) I hate stalling and indecisiveness that plague most works in this genre; i want the relationship to somehow progress, even slowly and be a pleasant one (not sad or taking wrong turns).
5) Only one person to be the main love interest of the other person, but not necessarily it being mutual (at least from the beginning).
6) Preferably a completed work; i do not have much time to wait for weeks and years, alas...
7) Totally NOT a yuri or "whatever the other creepy equivalent is called" freakshow, and certainly NOT any magic girls, aliens or tentacles stuff.
8) Cyborgs like the one in Chobits, or dolls like the ones in Rozen Maiden, are good.
9) Fantasy is good, but not action and fantasy elements to be the main force, like in freezing...
10) Romantic story. And dating. And characters enjoying themselves.

Could someone help me find something along those lines? Or as possibly close as it can get...?
I am assuming you are searching for fan scanlations and not licensed manga, but if you are then you can ignore my post ;)

It's still very much in progress, but you could check out Horimiya, it's one of my favorites. As for completed ones, you could check Karin( though it does contain vampires) or Koharu no Hibi (sure, the romance is a bit twisted but the manga is quite entertaining nontheless).

Ooh, long time no see! Glad to cross paths again! And doubly so for the interesting suggestions! Will start on these!
Check out the stuff from Jirō Taniguchi
especcially Haruka na Machi (the translation was named "A Distant Neighborhood").

Regarding your romance theme:
Ef: A Fairy Tale of the Two
I've only seen the anime adaptations and the first series "Ef: A Tale of Memories" was hands down the best romance stuff I've ever encountered from Asia. I normally don't like this stuff but it was really good (and horribly sad).

Midori no Hibi and Video Girl Ai, perhaps?

uhhh

Fruits Basket
Kare Kano
Ouran High School Host Club
My Little Monster
Kimi ni Todoke
Honey and Clover
Nodame Cantible
Your Lie in April
Kids on the Slope
Spice and Wolf
Mysterious Girlfriend X
Please Save My Earth
Bokura wa Minna Kawaiisou
Monthly Shoujo Comic Nozaki-kun

though some of it might be a bit more serious than what you're looking for (though it's not like I suggested Nana which is super depressing soap opera relationship trainwreck stuff)

Unbalance Unbalance: romance between a young man and an older woman (his teacher). Maybe that could interest you.

More serious and mature suggestion:

Kenji Tsuruta: Memories of Emanon
I know of nothing that would fit your criteria but if you ever wanted something else then read Junji Ito's Spiral, it's a classic, or Naoki Urasawa's Monster.

Are you a girl ?
If I remember rightly, Ef: Fairytale of the Two is also an visual novel. You might want to look into the genre - less pictures than manga, but you get a lot more dialogue between characters.

Wow! How many! But you misjudged poor me. I like serious stuff. Unless it is sad too, of course. About Nana, you actually negatively-sub-suggested it, and this awesome psychological trick sparked my interest! Well played!

Noooo Unbalance unbalance! Noooo! I once had a real life affair with a university teacher, and it ended horribly (was forced by circumstances to abandon my field and vanish... :'( Plus she threw in a garbage bin a precious swarovski crystal i bought for her as a present (wasting all my pocket money then in one go), in the image of a turtle (she had been a biology teacher and she told me she liked frogs and amphibians...). It had been my first serious crush and i learned the hard way that presents should follow only a ***successful*** date, and never the reverse.

Will check the other one, though... Thankfully, you mention it as serious and mature, so i will trust you on this one...

Wah ha ha! Thanks for the yet again remarkable entrance! +1, you rock! No, never been, but as i "grow up", i want to read something more sentimental and/or serious. Besides, i keep ecchi goodness for real and live things...

Would have done that, but i still haven't worked around making damn visual novels to work in my windows... Unfortunately, no V.N. goodness for me... :(
