I spent $19 but no free game for halloween sale like gog said??

check your email and spam folders. Also check your account orders page https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders If it isn't there, send in a support ticket from your account orders page

GOG sends a code via e-mail. As noted, check your spam folder in case it was diverted there.
