cemacar: It's been 3 days now. I don't think it's an animal because it's a repeating sound. I mean always same rhythm.
if it is the same rythym (use a stopwatch) at the same time daily (keep a record) it is a pump or mechanism.

Do you by any chance live near an island called Shadow Moses? Someone crawling around the vents there may have taken a wrong turn. From the description, probably someone who smokes. Ask the janitor if he's seen any cardboard boxes go missing lately.

I called a repairmen but also he didn't find out what's wrong. Also visited my neighbors but there is no breathing sound in their home.
So It started to getting dark in here and it's getting annoying and scary. I don't know what can i do anymore.

Whatever kind of recreational drugs you enjoy: now would be a good time to reduce the dose, methinks.

Do they hear the sound in your apartment too?

Of course the air flows in ventilation can cause different kinds of sound effects, I recall in one it sounding like eerie howling but at least I got used to it.

Maybe it's a portal to a hellish place?
Similar to the bathroom of Silent Hill 4: The Room.
Throw some cookies in the vent, no one can resist a cookie.
When the demon appear, ask him politely to stop this.
You'll have to give your soul to him, but that's a small price for peaceful nights of sleep.
