Oh I have consoles but I think "Soul Hackers" and a number of their older games that were on the SNES and NES would fit perfectly with the old GOG philosophy.
As for Atlus' games besides SMT there's "Maken X", "Despiria" and I'm sure a number of others people have never heard of.

Apparently the owner and/or publisher got another opinion and in this term they was releasing some of those games on Nintendo-consoles.

As for NES/SNES-games, it will need a emulator and usually the official devs are almost incapable of creating a good one, so it is rather troublesome. Remake may work too, sure, but usually only a few high rated franchises are worth the trouble.
