Kupiłem już dosyć dawno temu kod do cyberpunka {przez G2a} i normalnie grałem przez X godzin.
Wymieniałem dysk więc zalogowałem sie do tego samego konta a tu gry nie ma, mam wiedzmina od 1 do 3 i one nie zniknęły, tylko cyberpunk 2077.
Co śmieszne w historii zamówień jest napisane ,że gra została dodana do konta dokładnie 19 grudnia 2020.
Próbowałem tego odświeżania ale nic to nie daje.

Ostatnio widziałem tu już kilku użytkowników z takim samym problemem. Trzeba było nie kupować z podejrzanych źródeł jakim są strony odsprzedające klucze gier. Najprawdopodobniej klucz był oryginalnie kupiony kradzioną kartą. GOG nic na to nie poradzi.

Napisz do Supportu/Pomocy GOGa i się upewnij czy zniknięcie gry na pewno wynikło z tego co napisałem. GOG nie jest odpowiedzialny za zakupy z nieautoryzowanego źródła, a wątpię żeby udało Ci się coś uzyskać od G2A.

Recently, I have seen several users here with the same problem. It was necessary not to buy from dubious sources such as sites reselling game keys. Most likely, the key was originally bought with a stolen card. GOG can't help it.

Write to Support / GOG Help and make sure that the disappearance of the game is due to what I wrote. GOG is not responsible for purchases from an unauthorized source, and I doubt you've been able to get anything from G2A.

I can see 5 games in your account via your profile:
Frostpunk, Witcher 2, Witcher 3 are on the list of recently played. I can see achievements for Cyberpunk 2077 and Medieval Dynasty.
If the numbers are correct, then your account says 5 games total and therefore one should be CP2077.
Check your account here via browser: https://www.gog.com/en/account. Is it still listed?

Widzę 5 gier na Twoim koncie za pośrednictwem Twojego profilu:
Frostpunk, Wiedźmin 2, Wiedźmin 3 są na liście ostatnio granych. Widzę osiągnięcia dla Cyberpunk 2077 i Medieval Dynasty.
Jeśli liczby są prawidłowe, na Twoim koncie jest łącznie 5 gier, a zatem jedna powinna być CP2077.
Sprawdź swoje konto tutaj przez przeglądarkę: https://www.gog.com/en/account. Czy nadal jest na liście?

He could still just have owned a sixth game he either hasn't played recently or hasn't got any achievements for.

Which is why I said "if the numbers are correct". I'm also not certain, but I sort of thought that when a game gets revoked from your account you also lose achievements and mentions of the game in your profile completely.

Time will tell I guess.
