Yes. I had noticed that too. Given that the developer/producer in this case is Russian, perhaps it got fed up with its own countrymen getting a free lunch for pirating.

I'm usually out of those regional pricing issues but whoa, didn't know about those huge discrepancies in CIS countries; I mean, $14.00 to $6.79 is a whole lot, eh?
Thanks for the info, pal.

Actually it's $14.99 to $6.79.
That's a 54.7% discount, which is right about the average CIS discount applied to some 962 GOG games (currently at 54.6% for UA/UZ and 55.2% for RU).
So this game is in no way exceptional. It's entirely the norm.

P.S. Do you really live in Congo?

Not for long, probably. The payment, I mean, not expecting the invasion, as that's past tense...

I'm tempted to make a joke that the Russian version is cheaper because they never actually land on the Moon. But seeing as they kicked our ass in a number of Space Race milestones, I'll demure. :)

i see both equal when it comes to the space stuff. the situation is summarized through the following fact: the americans spend millions to develop a ballpen which was able to write in space, the soviets just took a pencil and solved the same problem.
