One question for the OP:
* What control options do you have available? In particular, do you have a mouse and a flat surface that you would use to game? Do you have a game controller and a setup that makes it reasonably comfortable to use?

(This matters because some games play better with certain control schemes, and some games require certain controls (mouse being the requirement that's most likely to be an issue here).)
XIII (2003)

it will work on a toaster and a fan patch brings back online multiplayer.

Thanks for all the recommedations.

Well a lot of games that I played when I was young. But never played NWN 1 or 2. Maybe gonna try that out, But idk which one to try first haha.

Well I have a mouse. And a lot of modern games worked for me (Bioshock Series, LoL, Skyrim, CK2..)

Sybeiria: Thanks for all the recommedations.
Almost any game released before 2012 will work fine at minimum graphics.

In addition to above recommendations I would like to add following
Hitman 1,2,3 and Blood Money
DeusEx
Pharaoh + Cleopatra
Brothers in Arms
World in Conflict: Complete Edition
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
Panzer Corps Gold
STALKER series

If you everfeel like to have some mindless fun then I highly recommend these:
Serious Sam series
Painkiller Series
Ziggurat
The Suffering

You should also try Mindustryon itch.io as it's a free game and plays like Factorio.
If you like thinky games of a chessy bent, Into the Breach is really good; The game loop is a bit short but it has a surprisingly lot of replay value.

I keep dipping into it now and then and, it's much easier to dip in and out of than an RPG, where if you leave it too long and forget what you were doing it can require a do-over (A problem I currently have with Pillars of Eternity and Divinity Original Sin, which are both awesome... but I have totally forgotten what I am doing and how to play them properly despite having gotten quite far...!)
Thanks to amrit9037 for the mindless fun tip game The Suffering. I bought that and The Suffering: Ties That Bind now for some good old fashioned horror killing.

You should try NWN2 first. It have a better plot and more single player-based. It's like Baldur's Gate and DAO.
NWN1 is a bit different type of game.

And you can install OpenMW on that machine and play Morrowind, I believe.
Bioshock 1, 2 and infinite
Half Life 1 and 2, 2 episode 1, 2 episode 2
Morrowind or Oblivion
Prince of Persia Trilogy
FTL: Fater Than Light and Into the Breach
Kerbal Space Program
Left 4 Dead
Diablo 2
Enhanced Editon 1 and 2
Planescape Torment
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
Crash Lands
Celeste
Hollow Knight
Dead Cells
Subnautica
Dragons Dogma
If you want a game you can play for years, you could, of course, check out Cookie Clicker.

Unfortunately, to do well in this game you may need to let the game running, and on a laptop that might not be such a good idea.

(Cookie Clicker might do strange things to your schedule, although with the current COVID-19 pandemic, that might not be as much of an issue as it would be other years.)
Are you open to the idea of removing the biggest source of bloat and going with a system that hypothetically could have a desktop so light that it would only use 30~ MB?

"The process wmaker (with pid 1146) is using approximately 28.1 MB of memory.
It is using 25.9 MB privately, and a further 16.8 MB that is, or could be, shared with other programs.
Dividing up the shared memory between all the processes sharing that memory we get a reduced shared memory usage of 2.2 MB. Adding that to the private usage, we get the above mentioned total memory footprint of 28.1 MB."
Very good Fabled Lands gamebook, text based adventure, requires Java but other than that a toaster could run it and provides a lot of fun and it's even free. Save your money for a new laptop :)

My pleasure,
I played first game when it was available as freeware, I really liked it.
I hope Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy will also see a re-release someday.
You can still download it from interwebs but it needs some work around to play.

I don't know about Dragon's Dogma, though... It might be kinda demanding, I do get to run it on Medium to High, and my laptop has a dedicated nvidia card. It's not very powerful but I can only imagine how an integrated one would deal with that. Bioshock Infinite ran pretty good on my old laptop with integrated graphics, even on high, to my surprise. Tomb Raider 2013 also ran ok ish.
