What should I do?
-Don't send more tickets or you'll lose your place in the queue. Just wait for a reply.

-PM someone from the staff to speed things up.

-If everything else fails, bitching on general discussion usually helps. Turn your caps lock on, be as passive-aggressive as possible, and use words such as 'OTRAGEOUS' 'UNACCEPTABLE' 'PAYING CUSTOMER' etc. for extra effect. Good luck!
