If you're asking an admin for what game you played in before, I don't think that's not allowed. You should ask The GOGfather although I don't know if he keeps track of who played in what of the 59 games that were hosted.

You mean bookwyrm? Yes, he embraces mislynches, but, he didn't vote Joe because scene who he believes is scummy thinks Joe is bad. I believe he'd just go straight for voting scene, then the rest applies about the lynched townies bit and reading wagons. That is the major difference here.

I didn't want to put you at L-1 and get you lynched earlier by opportunistic scum or careless townies. Now that the Day is ending, it's about time I settled on a vote.

Not the idea. Before I voted you, you only had two votes as other wagons picked up. When I voted you, suddenly comes flub out of the woodwork and votes you as well. I'm not upset. To put it in better words, I think few had made up their mind about who they're going after and I just have no idea what's going on.

Hmm....I remember quite vividly that I was town doctor in another game and people thought I was scum and had me lynched.....maybe it's another game.....gotta check.

Each game here on GOG's official list of Mafia etc games (see below) (except one of them, maybe game 2?) has, in some form or another, a list of all the participants (and usually their roles) within the first 3 posts; I merely had to open 60+ tabs to find out.
So, have you perma-settled on one for now?

I needn't tell you, do I, that claiming "I've been town doc and mislynched in a previous game on this forum", and the proof failing to show on the official list of GOG mafia games, looks bad. Very, very bad.

If you can find it in a hurry, I suggest you do so. Otherwise, people (myself included) will assume you are lying and vote you. The above is fairly damning circumstantial evidence, irregardless of whether you are telling the truth or not.

You did add flavor to one vote that I can find, but maybe I messed one. And in that case, you were VM.

Why is Trent so concerned and convinced that Gamerager is a misslynch?

Makes me wonder if Trent and Gamerager are the remaining Scum.

Although game is very unlikely to be solved on Day 2

After giving it some thought I haven't come to any better idea on what to do. I think Trent is giving scum too much credit saying we are just 3 mislynches and 3 successful night kills away from losing. I believe that the scum are crippled enough and at this point that we just need to lean harder and they will eventually fall down anyway.

I'll stick to my original read as it made the most sense to me.

It's possible but so what? The point is to solve the game eventually. At worst we have 3 shots to get this right and with some luck during the night we might have more or need fewer to seal it. This may sound a bit cynical but players can be considered as resources that can be invested and spent in order to achieve victory. In the end both dead and alive players share the win.

Well why does the thought of town attempting to make sense of the wreckage of your lynch wagon amuse you if you think it's as simple as "one-or-more of the two that created the wagon are mafia?



I've been thinking about it while I've been away from the computer and flub's aggressive defenses and his and SirP's start-of-day-one banter I think does add up to scum flub.

How bad would NO-LUNCH be for town right now?

(It's saturday, so I could call it NO-LYNCH, I suppose...)

I was thinking of suggesting it before I left work yesterday, but it was just after gogtrial's vote on me, and I didn't think it would be well received in that light.

As I say, GameRager has claimed, as we get more information we'll learn more about the claim. If he's scum he's going to have the opportunity to make bad block choices, or be unable to block and forced to lie about it. If he's town he's going to have the opportunity to make satisfying block choices, and even block a kill.

His play has picked up a lot of attention, but that's what I'd expect from GameRager.

I don't think there's anyone else who we could make a decent case over that would satisfy enough people in the time.

and Night One gave us a good advantage (so we can afford to sit around scratching our butts as that advantage slowly slips away... ;p)


Alright, I have to go. I've got a short trip, but I think I'll be back before the deadline.
