It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

mrkgnao: I don't switch to shelf. When I get an update, I just go to 'The "what did just update?" thread' and see which game it is, then go directly to it.

madth3: You get notifications from Magog update process and then come to GOG to see what changes were marked as un update.
:P
It used be like that, when they had the "patched to version" info (and remembered to update it).

But nowadays, if an update does not change the size of the installer (which is the case with patches), then the game card does not change at all and MaGog gets no notification.

If I may add one more bug in the Shelf View. This one's pretty old though, I think I had it almost from the beginning?

If I right-click on the title or any of the content of any given game, the content portion rolls back up.

Gydion: I thought this was fixed some time ago? I didn't specifically check afterwards, but IIRC I a saw a blue post stating something with the shelf & rows was fixed in some thread somewhere. Checking again now and it seems to be working.
It was announced here, about a month ago.

Maighstir: Is it only me who's unable to reorder movies with the shelf in manual mode?
No.

Thanks. Probably should have thought to check that thread.

Also the same for me.
Let me bump this thread to mention three issues that should be added to the Wiki page.

1) When a game is updated, there is no flag next to a file to indicate what has been updated.
2) Account refresh no longer works with a large gaming library. I repeat; account refresh no longer works with a large gaming library. The GOG webteam is aware of this issue and advises to not use account refresh till they fix it. If you are missing a game, you are advised to contact support and not use account refresh, because it will lead to a significantly smaller number of games.
3) The image attach function of the forum doesn't work. Clicking on the "attach" button no longer brings up a popup to select an image from your PC.

You know, since you have a gogwiki account you could have done that yourself ;-) But I felt like being nice today and added them :P

Currently, I'm on a PC without access to my GOGwiki account.
Thanks, though. ;)

Ah ok :-) Then you are excused from not doing it yourself :D

Thank you for pointing out the problems. Also, when some of my games disappeared from the library, a few more empty spaces occured (just like the one after The Witcher Adventure Game beta was removed).
Posting to archive-proof this thread; though I don't know how much the Wiki page has been kept up to date compared to http://www.gog.com/forum/general/the_what_did_just_break_thread/ (the footer says 'This page was last modified on 5 April 2015').

Incidentally, the link right at the top of http://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/GOG_Known_Issues just goes to General, not to this thread.
