Hopefully something happens to increase Linux support, moving over to Linux myself so the demand is increasing.

GOG support for playing on Linux is poor, and is going to stay poor.

On the other hand, the Linux community support for playing GOG games is already great, and is improving steadily ;)
I would love to see Galaxy on Linux, with Flatpack it is much easier for developers now, and Galaxy is a great client in my opinion. Also, Galaxy missing is the only reason why I still buy my games on another platform with a Linux client, GoG in general is the better option in my opinion. But I dont have time to download games manually, because I have two kids and a business running.
It won't happen.

With recent GOG move to sell Epic games, resources have to be towards Galaxy support and integration. No way they will release a Linux port at this time (if we still not get it, we never might).
GOG, prove me wrong please...
