Besides is quite annoying to see "legalise it" proponents how they are twisting arguments in to presenting marijuana close to a miracle medicine.

I ask this question because even an Australian law student would be able to do half an hour of research before coming to the conclusion that it is not illegal for gog to sell RC media to Australian residents. Why is gog making these decisions without first seeking legal advice?

Firstly gog is a corporation. It doesn't know best about anything. It necessarily must do what people advise (whether it's directors, employees or external advisers). I would hope it follows advice from people who are knowledgable or experienced.

Secondly, representatives of gog have said they are making these decisions because people could potentially be prosecuted if they do not. That is both a legal opinion and an obviously incorrect one. As a responsible corporation, if gog is going to do something or not do something for legal reasons they should ensure that those reasons are valid.

While I agree with you on your points. Your country has a history of strange behaviors. Such as that women with an A-cup are subject to penalization for posing in nude images...even when over 18. Read about that wacky thing last year, I think....or Postal being banned. Speaking of which, can you buy Postal or are they blocked for you? As GOG sells the Postal games. =D
