No multiplayer, pretty basic RPG. If you are a huge fan of RPGs you will probably like it, but you really have to like these kind of games.

There really are no new features to be seen. Standard old school style.

I only had a chance to play it for a little bit when my friend had it, and all I could think about was how much I wanted to bang the model that the main character is based off of, so I was a little distracted.

Combat kind of reminded me of Betrayal at Krondor if that helps.

For that cheap I think it might be worth it, but my advice would be to watch as many youtube videos as you can before making a decision. If your not expecting a breakthrough experience and you like RPGs then go for it. The worst thing that happens is you spent enough money to buy a footlong at Subway.

Damn why'd you bring Subway into it, I love that place... its 25mins away and doesnt open for 11hrs but I'll be there when it does :-)

Sorry for complicating things further. The character has big boobs if that helps. May be a little repetitive, though, and I recall things being quite pricey, so you do a lot of trading and simple quests and such.

Not much help, I know, but it can't hurt to try.

Thank you, now I want Subway. I spent so much money this weekend, and the Subway is right at the back of campus, about 6 minutes to walk there. Damn, I have to go...
I feel your pain, you are forgiven. :-P
The game is interesting mainly for its atmosphere (the silver forest is beautiful). The musics are epics. Not to mention Vivien, the most beautiful character you will ever play in a video game.

If you like obscure rpg, go for it. If not, play DA2. :p

Oh, and just so you know, at the end of the game you get a disappointing "to be continued"...

And im guessing it never was or never wil be.

Oh and Spoilers
Spoilers ? It's not like I revealed anything mentioning "to be continued".
Can't find any information on this so I figured to ask it here to see if anyone's familiar with it. At this point I've encountered at least 2 very narrow bridges (one of which is in the Elf town (I can't recall the name)), and the other is in the Unicorn Grove, and my character will not cross these bridges. I don't know if this a bug or not but it sure does look like one to me. Anyone else have this problem when playing this game?

Yeah, it's a bug, your movement speed is probably too high. Try to reduce it somehow, i.e. put some heavy items in your inventory or change your equipment.
Ooh added to my Strat First section on my thread!

probably missed it because they haven't put it on Steam, which seems odd considering they've put all sorts of horrible crap on there and people actually seem to quite LIKE this one!

Not the sequel to this though

Turns out!
