That was a short giveaway. (Not that I'm complaining, I wouldn't have entered anyway.)

Beethoven's String Quartet No. 4 was my ringtone for many years, but my current phone doesn't play midi, and although I thought about ripping the music from this video I didn't do it, so I'm with some default ringtone.

Delain's The Human Contradiction has two orchestral tracks on the bonus disk and I like that they included them. They're nice takes on the songs. Couldn't find them on YouTube, but here's the original version of Sing to Me, which is one of the songs with an orchestral version and one of my favourites in the album. (Note: symphonic metal.)

(Edit: Why isn't Beethoven's link underlined and Sing to Me is?)

Hey,
That's a nice kind of thread =D

It should keep going on even if the giveaway that started it was over... I will leave one of my favorites:

Great giveaway Elmofongo!
Too bad I'm too late for it.
Anyway, here are some of my favourites: Johann Strauss II - The Blue Danube Waltz
Ludwig van Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata
Vivaldi - Four Seasons
Tchaikovsky - 1812 Overture

And of course: The Phantom of the Opera!

I don't listen to much classical music, but that is the one that came to mind when I read the thread title. I didn't know what it was called, but it makes me think of the game shadow man whenever I hear it. It's the background music in one of the levels and fit well with the general mood of the level.
I am surprised no one has mentioned Bach's Brandenburg Concertos yet.
My favorite classical piece is Aria of Soul from Persona 4. The song is just amazing.
