I'm curious about how many games have this somewhat unusual feature. To be specific, I am looking for games that:
1. Allow you to choose the gender of your character(s)
2. Has at least 3 choices.

I can think of two games off hand:
Ultima 3 (press O on gender selection)
Elminage Gothic (There's a "?" choice)

Any others?
I believe Demon's Souls, Saints Row 2 and Saints Row IV have a slider for gender rather than Male/Female.
EDIT: Oh, and apparently S2: Silent Storm.

Well Licurg but he's not really a game he's a forum member.
I was going to make a stupid joke about the endless choices we have to play as humans in video games, then suddenly remembered Goat Simulator... and decided it best to just let a sleeping dog lie.

It seems GOG has games called Escape Goat and Escape Goat 2.

Out of curiosity, how do gender sliders work? Do you get a character who half has boobs and half has facial hair?
Ooh what about games with alien races that have a completely different sort of genders, or at least not so common genders among mammals like amoebas, frogs and various insects do?

Sunless Sea has a row of stereotypically male portraits (silhouettes), a row of stereotypically female portraits, and a row of neutral ones. Furthermore, regardless of the portrait, you can choose a gendered or gender-neutral honorific for your character, and if your character has a child, choose any biological role (including "adoptive parent") and (also independently) the form of address.

Yeah, I'm still a bit pissed that no game to date will allow me to play as a multi-celled transexual lesbian paramecium blood thinning agent... named Bob. And unless and until one is made and catered to me specifically, I will consider this entire industry to be anti-multi-celled transexual lesbian paramecium blood thinning agent--- ists.
The "female" character portraits in Daggerfall...no comment

"Earthworm Jim"

You don´t get to pick your gender but you just start as a hermaphrodite.
First thing that popped into my head:

Elminage 3 also has "?" gender. Not sure about Elminage 2 (and Elminage Original had only 2 genders).

Final Fantasy I and III had characters without defined gender, At least until DS remake of FF3, according to which 3 of Onion Knights were male and 1 - female.

Final Fantasy XII had non-playable characters, Occurian, who were truly genderless, but they were gods, so.... FF XII also has Viera race, which apparently has no men, so it is 1-gender race...
Back when I joined, here on GOG you could set as gender cool stuff like pirate, ninja, robot... I wish they borught it back :'(

If I ever make a game, consider it done.

I actually mean it.

I wouldn't exactly call those genders but, yeah, I miss them too.

I think the day GOG got rid of this, there was more Jedi purged than by Order 66.
I want a game where I can set mayonnaise as gender.
