Kristian: Nothing about "difficult to be accepted". Am I missing something?
They have mentioned more in the comments section:

"We'll definitely be trying! I'm contacting both Itch.io and Humble for a response on this. We'll TRY and get on GOG but it's up to them! We'll update you with an answer once we have it. Give us a few days to figure it out then we'll respond!"

"Ok we've checked. The steam version itself is DRM free! This way you'll be able to do things all on a single front! Gog is going to be quite hard to get onto, they are quite picky."

Needs flash :(.
Since Resonance of Fate recently was released on PC via Steam, I've sent an email to tri-Ace to see if they will release it on GOG. Here's what they said:

"Thank you very much for your continued support.
We don't have a plan on releasing it on GOG.com at the moment.

Best regards,

tri-Ace, Inc"

Hopefully, they'll change their mind and consider releasing Resonance of Fate on here, since there's far to few JRPGs on GOG, and it was one my favorite PS3 games at the time.

WinterSnowfall: This adds up to similar hints I've found for Army Men: Sarge's Heroes, so we can speculate more of the series is on the release calendar.
Oh nice, glad to hear about this one since it's the most-desired AM game.

Wow, how random - I remember when Tri-Ace was a JRPG powerhouse - and I absolutely LOVED this one when I played it on XBox. Something about it just clicked on all levels - I solved this huge game and then immediately jumped into the new game PLUS stuff - I think I even sunk a ton of time into beating the special mission requirements. It was just a ton of fun.

I loved how I had to sprint my character across the map (crossing each others paths and maximizing distance travelled was "a thing") and building out silly new guns with eight barrels was just all sorts of awesome.

Liked the game so much I actually kept my hard copy (I rarely keep old game discs). Thanks for the rekindled memories - seriously I spent so many great gaming nights with this one and will always have a gaming soft spot for it!
Interplay is teasing (but not given a title yet) something "coming soon"...they will release the unknown game also on gog as stated on their website:

It may not be a title. "Coming soon" may mean that their website is coming soon.

Interesting from what I can tell Interplay published the first game in that series and VU Games the latter two. Presumably any rights VU had to those two games would now belong to Activision. However the games are based on a licensed IP. That tends to complicate things.

That's an Xbox exclusive. Does Interplay have the resources to create ports of old titles...?

If they stopped acting like an A brand in the same league as Blizzard, UBI or Bethesda they probably do. While their titles are old they are mostly really popular classics; lots of yesterye... yesterdecades classics should secure some steady income. Wisely managed they should be able to get back somewhere.

Heh... sounds like a good starting point for a "Computer game company/publisher manager simulation" game. :D
