This is changes that will force companies to change everything related to D&D and wizards products under that license. Or risk loosing it to Wizards of the Coast.

I know there are games based on systems that use the older OGL. I am not sure we are in risk of loosing them also or potentially be delisted?? Or if it affects them all together?

I am not sure if or what this may affect. But this could be huge loss of games. Which goes retroactively backwards.

I would be glad if a GOG admin could comment if this is a valid worry or not.
Old stuff should be safe. The old OGL explicitly grants a perpetual license. WOTC is just adopting the full greed way going forward and wants in on a piece of the pie from the current big players like Paizo, where they will only make it possible to use the updated one from now on.

If they try to make it retroactive, it's a legal shitstorm waiting to happen.

With Ubisoft's sales plummeting, they are cutting a lot of expenses, trying to save up as much as they can. Due to that, I fear they may target less profitable stores and products which they have deals with in order to cut expenses even further. And because of that, there's the risk of GOG suffering delistings of Ubisoft's titles en masse.

Because, of course, cutting off revenue sources is always the best way to come out of a slump. Beancounters love to pull things out of their asses to weave themselves parachutes. "We saved X dollars in costs!" (No matter if those X dollars cause a reduction of X*Y, Y>1, inflow.)

I wouldn't say that the Ubisoft games that are on GOG are at risk of delisting. No new releases, quite possibly. No longer updating games, likely. But the newest Ubisoft game on GOG is over ten years old and I doubt any are still being actively maintained, so if it requires no work and may bring however little revenue, why remove them?

Out of spite? Ignorance?
To burn the bridges completely?

There has to be a reason why they stopped (re-)releasing on GoG. Could be because they really don't care about game preservation, changed their mind about or didn't like the idea of DRM-free to begin with and therefore didn't and still don't want to contribute or help the cause even one bit. Back when their reputation wasn't down the shitter it would have been quite the show of good will and seen as positive towards the DRM-free cause if a major publisher like Ubisoft had other (more popular) titles from their catalogue release on GoG.
Which obviously would be detrimental if you actually want to push and normalise DRM'ed distribution and reliance on/control of digital content via client software/launcher applications.

Or maybe Ubisoft just forgot that they're selling games here on GoG.

No way that could possibly have happened, since HOMM 3 is the best-selling GOG game of all-time and has been for many years, so it surely brings in quite a lot of money that is being transferred from GOG to Ubisoft every month.

Jup, additionally as the Ubi titles are quite old, the do not even have to maintain them really (although it would be nice if they would care a bit more)

Amazon has bought the Tomb Raider franchise. Not sure if it means anything for the games, but stuff like this can shake up things a bit.

Just google it and read in your preferred source.

Poor Tomb Raider franchise, it didn't last much in Embracer O_o
Btw Amazon recently offered some Gog keys via Prime, so maybe there's hope they won't remove the old TR titles?
Future ones could be exclusives, tho.

Not bought, just rented. Embracer remains the de facto owner of the IP, at least from what I could gather.

Shouldn't have an effect on future DRM-free GoG re-releases of Rise of the Tomb Raider & Shadow of the Tomb Raider, as well as the pre-2013 installments as far as delistings are concerned.
