Hi I have just downloaded a game called dungeon keeper but it does not work i am angry upset PLEASE SORT IT OUT thank you from Mrs Mary Bass
Without more info (OS, error messages etc) it's hard to help.

You can also have a look here: https://www.gog.com/forum/dungeon_keeper_series and maybe find your problem already solved.
this is awesome. :D

You have to resynchronise your by-pass key to the ID of the exe in the game folder. Then refresh and it should work.

I think you'll have better luck if you ask gog support directly instead of posting in the public forum. Here:

I like how you include the name "Mrs Mary Bass" in a public discussion forum unrelated to the troubleshooting of your issue as if the regular users of this website are support staff and know who you are, and then opt to not contact the actual GOG company support channels and/or visit the dedicated forum for discussion and support of the game.

EDIT: For reference, the forum for said game is here, as well, in case you want to ask there and the people who post more frequently there are able to help you out: https://www.gog.com/forum/dungeon_keeper_series#1580151878

Well Karens' have to assert their superiority somehow.
Dear Mrs Mary Bass, it is saddening to see you in this predicament. Were you to be so inclined, it might be beneficial to directly contact GOG Support, if checking the dedicated forum for Dungeon Keeper did not help you, as other members of the community already stated.

Otherwise, you must be warned that Dungeon Siege reportedly has this problem on computers supporting multi-threaded execution. Thus, theoretically, a resetting of the kernel to a previous state solves the problem. Keep in mind that real operating systems that internally rely on a triple-octect implementation of the Gregorian calendar do NOT have this problem. In any case, even on Windows, the problem is easily solved by refluxing the mingoes.*

*: YMMV.

On Reddit (yes I know.) they refer to such people as "Karen" or "Karens"

Seeing as you seem to not want to try fixing it & just blame/be mad at GOG anyways, and only have bought one game per year, I am guessing GOG won't mind.

Fair enough. Note, however, that the rest of us will likely buy several games for every one you don't buy.....mwahahaha?
